It is still better to cancel
those planned activities for everyone’s safety yet it is still sad because this
is one of the happiest event in our city, that is why there are some activities
are now online.
I still hope that even in this
pandemic, we can still feel the spirit of the happiness of the festivals of our
dear city and province.
